My 2nd Lion painting, for like many people, I’m enamored by the King of Beasts. A magnificent animal, his roar for instance can be heard for up to 5 miles. Even his glorious mane is an invitation to create a semi-abstract work of art.  He remains a worldwide symbol of leadership, courage and strength.  If I could only get him to sit still while painting him.
